Suddenly at the age of 7 he stood face to face with an acoustic guitar at his grandma's house. This was the start of a musical journey ranging from folk to alt country and rock to catchy pop. Jimmy Baber is the CEO and founder of WKM Records. An accomplished artist in his own right, Baber has successfully created a strong family of local artists which include; Nynne, Bryan Nesbitt, Johnny B. Williams and a host of talented music producers. The Jazz All-Stars CD is the third installation to be released from the WKM camp. The compilation will reflect the eloquence and smooth persona of jazz. This project will feature works performed by Najee, Bobby Lyle, Paul Jackson Jr., Glen Piper, Kyle Turner, Kerry Wilkins, Chuck Johnson and Jordan Donald.
